ART SHOW ENTRY FORM – Belleville Area Council for the Arts

THANK YOU ARTIST!!!! The show will be October 23-25, 2026 Starting Friday at 7pm. Located at the Belleville Yacht Club (BYC) 831 E Huron River Drive Belleville, Mi 48111

• All artwork must be dropped off Thursday Oct. 22, 2026 between 3:30 and 7pm.

BRING YOUR MASTERPIECES TO THE Belleville Yacht Club (BYC) 831 E Huron River Drive Belleville, MI 48111

Art work is to remain on display until end of show on Sunday. Please do NOT retrieved until after show end Sunday Oct. 25, 2026 at 4pm. No later than 6pm. Any art NOT picked up by 6 pm Sunday will be considered a donation to BACA.

Payment must be received by October 10, 2026 to ensure placement into our printed Art Show Program.

If you are a BACA member and wish to to have your fee waived. Be sure your 2027 membership is paid ahead of time. Your membership fee must be paid by Oct. 1, 2026 in order to have your 2026 art show fee waived.

For example: You Pay $30 Individual membership fee for 2027 by Oct 1 ,2026. Your Art Show fee of $20 will be waived for 2026 (per adult). Students and children $10 membership/art show entry fee.
